Jinshanling To Simatai: The Best Hike In The Beijing Tour Package

How much do you like the hiking experiences? Have you been to any? If not, get ready to experience the slow poison in all the good ways. There is actually nothing called as a bad hike in Hiking but some are smooth experiences and some are a bit rough, which makes all the difference. Beijing Tour Package brings to you the most amazing hiking trip from Jinshanling to Simatai.

The hike from the east Jinshanling Great Wall to the west Simatai Great Wall is the most challenging part of our 5-day Great Wall hike trip. During the 12-km hike, we will pass over 30 buildings (towers) - east Jinshanling 15 tower and west Simatai 15 towers, and two of the three passes on the Jinshanling Great Wall.

In this amazing hike, you will find Shalingkou Pass where you will start your first Jinshanling-Simatai hike eastward. The first buidling of the hike eastward from the Shalingkou Pass is the East Terrace and it is a roofless building leading up to the next tower. Secondly, you will see the Black Tower which covers most of the Jinshanling Great Wall. It has two tiers and two doors: east door and west door.

There is a cableway up to the Jinshanling Great Wall. If you take a cable car up, you will skip over 5 watch towers. When you have a smoother hiking experience, you enjoy the journey and get a lot of clarity on your life and yourself but when you hit the rough hiking experience, you get to understand yourself. A rough hiking experience will let you see the strength in you and expose the amazing person you are.

We choose to climb up the mountain in this Beijing Tour Package, so that we can get an amazing trek across 30 towers and 2 passes to look forward too. We don't suggest you use the cable car since it is very slow and unnecessary. It is very easy to walk up to the Great Wall and it will surely be a walk to remember.
